Today’s signal looks at how college students want less on screen sex and nudity and more romance (echoing their desire for deeper connections and platonic relationships over hookup culture in real life).
Not super surprising - as scarcity drives value and demand - and there’s no shortage of full frontal nudity on demand. No amount of prime-time “nudity creep” for attention can compete with all you can consume always available porn (just like competing on price is a race to the bottom - there’s only so much you can take off (and so many tenuous puns I could squeeze in)).
