Back to two common threads that keep coming to lately : proximity and loneliness - and the paradoxes of working from home. I.e. What we want might not be what we need.
Some say loneliness is as detrimental to your health as a cigarette habit*.
We know 1 in 5 young people are desperately lonely, even friendless.
We also know less and less young people want a job (especially an office job!) at all.
We also, also know proximity leads to serendipity - bonus, promotions, innovations and collaborations.
We also, also, also know just about everyone is seeking a more meaningful and purposeful existence and contribution to society beyond the "pass go collect salary" treadmill.

How can we tie all these threads together to build a more human future of work?
