Today's signal has to be Kenya following in France's footsteps and talking about banning employers from contacting employees after hours.
I can't help thinking that these sort of "work to rule" rules and "quiet quitting" responses (and yes! Even 4 day work weeks like we have Flux Trends !) are all missing the point : they are still debating fixed time based contracts rather than flexible value exchanges.
