I spot a pattern : in society, in offices (with remote working), and now in homes.
And what about trust? What’s lost when we replace trust in people with trust in “trust less” technology?
And what a contrast with Japan! Where my partner dion chang recently spent a considerable amount of time and noted how the children there are free to roam and walk because the society there has a *collective value* that all children are everyone’s duty to protect. Imagine that - a society (or a company) of values and trust rather than monitoring and surveillance…
