they have more exp. by 16 yrs. voting than I have currently. what about the sociological metas of people who champ. such proposals? 23? if someone started smoking ganja earlier than 23, would there be a double downing against them, like will people begin to suggest, that if such referndum were passed say, that oh no, I am sorry but you didn't "let your brain properly reach maturity and therefore are disqualified." will AI run elections and let everyone vote but then *0 the vote of certain individuals based on legal (/) status?

I'm sure there could (and will) be many creative restrictions to replace age as a number...

My 90-year-old grandfather demanded to drive even when he became too slow to react to drive safely. This caused long, heated debate in the family on whether we should forcefully take away his car keys befoore he kills someone. But not for one moment anybody suggested we should make my then 14 year old son his designated driver.
